I can personally vouch for the Tim Brownsen values challenge. It has absolutely kept me on the right path in a period of great change. I have recently chosen my highest ranking value “family” above my job, the money security it delivers, disregarding (in a fully informed way) the fear of not having a job once I leave. This top value and the others I discovered in my work with Tim Brownsen are not only keeping me sane and calm in this period of change but keeping me positively focussed on the belief that I will find what is best for me given my value “make up”.
